OK, this one took some research. I couldn't remember who the ventriloquist was other than "That gay ventriloquist." Hey, back off! So how would you describe him, besides how many straight guys do you know with the handle "Wayland Flowers"! Anyway, I'm probably dating myself now, who really remembers this guy! His claim to fame (I guess?) was his puppet Madame. Now I know Alan has been compared to the Crypt Keeper and it's a good one. But this one has been stuck in my head for years now and it finally worked it's way through fried brain cells and struck me like licking a 9-volt battery.
